User guide

Clinico, step by step

Short, task-by-task guides with real screenshots — for the clinic owner, the front desk, doctors and nurses.

The basic cycle

One visit from start to finish: set up the clinic, register the patient, book, check in, see the doctor, prescribe and invoice.

  1. 01Set up your clinic: the first steps

The setup checklist, in the order that works best, plus the guided tour that lets you practise on sample data.

  2. 02Register a new patient

Add a patient to the clinic, deal with a possible duplicate, and find the record again on the profile page.

  3. 03Book an appointment

Book a new or returning patient with the right doctor, branch, service and time.

  4. 04Check in, reschedule or cancel

Check a patient in when they arrive, move an appointment, cancel it, and close the ones nobody came to.

  5. 05Start and complete a visit

Start the visit from today's queue, write your notes, add services or a prescription, and complete it.

  6. 06Write and print a prescription

Write a prescription with its medications, issue it, then print it, download the PDF or repeat it later.

  7. 07Issue an invoice and take a payment

Get the invoice for a completed visit, check it, issue it, record the payment and print it.
